1. Who operates this site

João David Silva, trading as JTS Agency, sole trader (ditta individuale) registered in Italy, VAT IT09210750726. JTS Agency is a trading name, not a company. david@jts-agency.com.

2. Sending a book

Sending a book or script, and the first conversation about it, are free. Sending material does not create an agency relationship. You confirm the work is yours and keep all copyright.

3. Representation

Representation begins only with a written agency agreement signed by both parties, which sets out territories, term, commission and notice. Money received on your behalf is held separately and accounted for in full.

4. Commissioned work

Editorial, publicity, rights, book fair and screen work is agreed in writing before it starts. It buys professional effort and access, not results: publication, coverage, selection, production or sales are never guaranteed. Consumers buying at a distance have 14 days to withdraw under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

5. Governing law

Italian law. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
