This policy explains what personal data JTS Agency collects, why, and what rights you have, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

3. Manuscripts and confidentiality
Material you submit is read by me and, where relevant, by collaborators bound by confidentiality. It is not shared with publishers or press without your permission and is not used to train any automated system. Submitting a manuscript transfers no copyright.
4. Who else sees your data
My email and hosting providers and my accountant, under Article 28 GDPR. Publishers, co-agents or journalists only on your instruction. Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Data is never sold.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to david@jts-agency.com. You may also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
